6 oz. chicken
strips or 2 3oz. chicken fillets
(cut into strips)
2 large reduced-fat flour tortillas
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
2 scallions, chopped
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ to 1 cucumber, chopped
Cook chicken
until cooked all the way through.
Season to taste.
Take
a tortilla and spread with cheese.
Top with chicken and vegetables.
Roll up and serve.
