Simple Shrimp Stir Fry


Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes

Makes 2 servings

1 tablespoon canola oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound medium shrimp
6oz. mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2/3 cup cooked rice

Add oil to nonstick pan or wok. Add all ingredients, except rice. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes so that vegetables are tender crisp.

Serve vegetables over shrimp and rice.
