Interval
training:
Measured
periods
of work
followed
by measured
periods
of rest
(i.e.,
1 minute
sprint
followed
by 2
minutes
of walking).

in charge
of the
intervals
and
how
hard
you
work
during
the
work
sets.
If you're
a beginner,
you
can
walk
at an
easy
pace
for
3 minutes
then
up the

and
speed
for
one
minute
to push
yourself
past
your
comfort
zone.

training

your
routine,
increase
resutls
and
burn
more
calories.
